a) Information You Provide to Us

• Account and enrollment data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, educational background, and career goals provided during application or enrollment.
• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment gateway partners. InfraOne does not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
• Resume and career data: when you use the AI Resume Checker, we collect the content of the resume you upload, including your skills, education, and work experience, to generate your resume analysis, including skill gaps, resume structure, and job match.
• Communications: messages, emails, or support requests you send to us.
• Project and assignment submissions: work you submit within InfraOne AI Labs or the LMS as part of a cohort.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent in InfraOne AI Labs, and interaction with course materials.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how our Services are used (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your InfraOne account and cohort enrollment.
• Deliver live classes, LMS access, InfraOne AI Labs, and program content.
• Generate your resume analysis through the AI Resume Checker.
• Process payments, invoices, and refunds.
• Provide mentor feedback, job assistance, and certification.
• Communicate with you about your cohort, schedule changes, or support requests.

3. How We Use AI in Our Services

Certain features of InfraOne, including the AI Resume Checker and AI-assisted components of InfraOne AI Labs, process your data using AI models to generate your resume analysis or assist your learning. Resume content and project data processed through these features are used only to power the relevant feature and improve our Services, and are not sold to third parties. Where third-party AI providers are used to deliver these features, your data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to generate the output you requested, and is not used by InfraOne to train third-party AI models for their independent purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, email and SMS communication tools, and analytics providers, solely to help us operate our Services.
• Mentors and instructors: to the extent necessary to provide feedback on your projects and assignments within your cohort.
• Hiring or placement partners: only where you have opted in to job assistance features involving external sharing, for example resume sharing for referrals.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of InfraOne or others.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our Services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Resume and project data may be retained to support your certificate verification and portfolio history unless you request deletion, subject to Section 7.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how learners use InfraOne's website and platform. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features, such as staying logged into the LMS.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
