Refund Policy

At InfraOne School of AI, we want every learner to feel confident about their decision to join a cohort. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid InfraOne program, and outlines the timelines, eligibility conditions, and exceptions that apply.
This policy applies to all InfraOne programs: Data Analytics with AI, Data Science with AI, AI Builder Bootcamp, and GenAI Bootcamp.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
- Learners who wish to withdraw from a cohort can request a refund within 72 hours from the date of full payment.
- Refund requests made after this window has closed will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases explicitly covered under Section 4 (Cohort Cancellation or Rescheduling by InfraOne).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@infraone.ai or +91-8700164447 with the following details:
- Full name and registered email address used for enrollment
- Cohort name and batch, for example "Data Analytics with AI, Batch Month/Year"
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment reference number or transaction ID
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 to 3 business days and guide you through the applicable process.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are evaluated based on the following conditions:
- Full refund (minus applicable transaction or processing fees): available if the request is made within the eligibility window defined in Section 1, and the learner has not accessed any of the cohort materials provided.
- Partial refund: not offered. There is no partial refund window.
- No refund: requests made after the eligibility window has closed are not eligible for a refund.
4. Cohort Cancellation or Rescheduling by InfraOne
If InfraOne cancels a cohort before it begins, or is unable to deliver the program as committed, enrolled learners will be offered one of the following, at their choice:
- A full refund of fees paid, or
- Transfer of enrollment to the next available batch of the same or an equivalent program, at no additional cost.
If InfraOne reschedules specific live sessions rather than cancelling the cohort entirely, affected sessions will be made available as recordings, and this will not, on its own, constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The learner fails to attend live classes or complete assignments, despite having access.
- The learner is removed from a cohort for violating InfraOne's Terms and Conditions, including misconduct, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of course materials.
- The refund request is submitted after the eligibility window defined in Section 1.
- The learner has already received an InfraOne certificate for the relevant cohort.
- Any registration, processing, or convenience fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of payment.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, InfraOne will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment gateway or banking partner. Any transaction or gateway fees incurred during the original payment may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.
7. Installment Payments
If you enrolled using an installment payment plan, refund eligibility and amounts will be calculated based on the total fee paid up to the date of your refund request, in accordance with Sections 1 and 3 above. Any outstanding installments will be waived if a refund is approved; if a refund is not approved, outstanding installments remain payable as per your original enrollment agreement.
8. Free Tools and Webinars
The AI Resume Checker and any free webinars offered by InfraOne are provided at no cost and are therefore not subject to this Refund Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
InfraOne may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and will apply to enrollments made after the update, unless otherwise stated.

How long does it take to receive my refund once approved?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method, subject to your bank or payment gateway's processing timelines.
Are registration or processing fees refundable?
Any fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of payment, such as certain registration or processing fees, will not be included in a refund.

No. The AI Resume Checker and any free webinars are provided at no cost and are not covered under this Refund Policy, since no payment is involved.
